This one-time fee covers preparing, counting, inspecting, staging, and assisting with the loading of your rental order, along with return check-in and routine cleaning. It applies once per customer pickup order and includes the return appointment. Excessive cleaning, missing or damaged items, late returns, and additional loading assistance are not included and may result in additional charges.
