Rent the After Hours Pickup: 9 PM-Midnight in Orlando, FL from Mel’s Events.
After-hours fees are based on the scheduled time our crew begins pickup. Fees apply in addition to delivery and teardown charges. Rental items must be cleared, broken down, stacked, and ready unless teardown service is included. Delays caused by the client, venue, guests, or other vendors are billed at $60 per crew member per hour after a 15-minute grace period. Late-night pickup is subject to crew availability. When approved by the venue and Mel’s Events, next-day pickup may be scheduled to avoid the after-hours fee.
